Focus Communications Inc. Accessibility Plan

  • • Ongoing Education: Regular updates and refresher courses will be provided to ensure continued awareness and compliance with accessibility requirements.

6. Accessibility Committee

  • • Composition: The Accessibility Committee consists of members from various departments, including HR, Facilities, and Customer Service.
  • • Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of the Accessibility Plan, address accessibility issues, and recommend improvements. Review and update the plan annually.

7. Monitoring and Reporting

  • • Monitoring: Regularly monitor compliance with the Accessibility Plan and assess the effectiveness of implemented measures.
  • • Reporting: Prepare an annual report summarizing accessibility initiatives, challenges, and progress. Share this report with employees and stakeholders.

8. Feedback and Improvement

  • • Feedback Mechanism: Provide multiple channels for employees and customers to provide feedback on accessibility issues (e.g., email, phone, suggestion boxes).
