Cliff has been in the telecommunications industry since the early sixties. Beginning as a cable television installer, Cliff has grown his companies into world-class service providers. Cliff is a hands-on leader who fosters innovation in support of predictive operations and real-time deployment communications for the major telecoms operating in Western Canada.

⦿ CATHIE BOUILLET - Vice President, Finances

Cathie is an accomplished leader who has developed strategies and implemented business processes that have enabled the company to maximize growth in a high-volume environment. With a reputation as a passionate and dedicated industry professional, Cathie’s years of experience are key attributes that have led to the continuing success of FOCUS Communications.

⦿ GREG OLIVER - Vice President, Operations

Greg has been in the communications industry for over forty years and is an expert in all aspects of outside plant operations, playing an active role in all FOCUS projects. Greg believes in doing the job once; efficiently, on scope, on budget, on time and always striving to provide top quality service for our clients. Greg continues to support the future talent of the telecom industry by providing mentorship for many of our younger employees.

⦿ SCOTT JAMIESON - Director, Engineering Services

Scott has twenty-five years of experience with fiber optic network planning, design, permitting, construction, audit, optimization, sales, purchases, maintenance, and management. He has been in key executive positions in both public and private sector organizations, as a network operator as well as a design/build contractor. Scott and his team have the skills, knowledge and equipment to provide full turnkey services for telecom providers throughout Western Canada.
